LIV Bali will develop into a private community comprised of 28 uniquely designed villas, a spa, restaurant, and beach club, on 16,300 m² of prime real estate. The villa complex offers all the accoutrements of five-star living, in a safe, well-planned, gated community. Located in the heart of the Jimbaran Bay crescent, LIV Bali is only 50 meters away from the sparkling shores. LIV Bali aims to set the benchmark for managed luxury villa properties by offering exquisite one, two, and three bedrooms villas to those wishing to expand their business portfolio whilst enjoying the many pleasures of Bali. As of today, 60 percent of the villas are sold and a wave of new interest is flooding.
The development tender has been awarded to PT Artekaraya Development, a member of the Arteka Group, which has been in the industry since 1986. To date, the company has completed over 100 projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, private residences, shopping facilities, banks, offices, and industrial buildings. Projects in their portfolio include the west-side bungalow in the Ritz Carlton Bali, the 5-star villas at Four Seasons Jimbaran, suite bungalows and presidential suites at Maya Ubud, Bali Melita Villas in Sanur, the renovation of the Alam Kulkul hotel and extensions of the Legian Beach Hotel. They are, in other words, a first rate team with excellent relevant experience.
