Overview of Indonesian Land Laws and Recommended Structure
LIV Bali is developed on freehold Hak Milik land which is the highest form of land tenure in Indonesia but which may only be held by Indonesian nationals.
A foreign investor wishing to secure usage rights to a Villa and the underlying Hak Milik land in the LIV Bali development may utilize any of the following structures:
Hak Milik/ Freehold title
Nominee-Hak Milik structure for non-Indonesian buyers
Leasehold
Hak Pakai/ equivalent freehold title for non-Indonesian buyers
Hak Guna Bangunan/ Corporate ownership
LIV Bali recommends the Hak Pakai title

The purchase of the land and villa of our LIV Bali project will be controlled by the following contracts and agreements between the purchaser and the developer :
Copies of these contracts and agreements can be provided upon reservation of a LIV Bali Villa.
